I'm renting from Enterprise and plan to drive through a few states to Florida. What will happen if I don't let them know?

Will they find out?
Will they tag on extra charges if they do?
Will I be breaking the law?

Make sure you read and understand your rental contract, but you should be able to drive your rental car anywhere in the USA. You can't drive into Canada or Mexico because you don't have permission to take the car out of this country, but other than that, you can go anywhere you want.

first of all, in case you attempt to checklist the guy you're establishing your self up for a federal lawsuit. have been given adequate money to safeguard your self on that one? Secondly, you're in charge for the tickets. To get better you could prefer information that he grow to be using on the time and grow to be the guy who parked illegally, and that still won't win in small claims courtroom.

You can drive anywhere. You just need to return it and pay for the rental. That's their only concern.

Usually when you rent a vehicle they always have unlimited miles, make sure... some rental places ask which way you're going! I don't know why!
