In some situations, it helps. But if you are in severe pain, not really. I'm sorry to hear about your MS. I have a friend with MS and I give her a lot of credit, she has been disabled for several years now, and still gets out there every day. I wish you luck and can't tell you what to do as I have no real comprehension of what you are dealing with. I suggest a support group, they can be very helpful.

I helps some times...but really most of the times no..
especially when I have cramps I think to myself that it's o.k. but once I get those pains I find myself on the bed nearly crying.
I guess you feel the same way about your MS, walking or working....mmmmm don't work for both of these things..... mind over matter...........just the same.lol.

It doesn't work for really bad pain. I have bad pain today as well and I think on days like today relaxation is the best drug. Maybe finding something to think about that takes you thoughts off of the pain might help.
