A disposition is the court's final determination of a lawsuit or criminal charge.

I'm gonna answer this in two ways because i don't understand what you are asking so:

There is disposition court, which I call the casual court. When you make your initial court appearance you are assigned to disposition court. It will only be you and a district attorney. The charging officer will alos not be there. This is the court where you can plead out a ticket witout seeing a judge, or request a continuance for whatever reason. You can also plead guilty and take care of the ticket there, in which a reduced charge can be applied.

Now if your asking what disposition itself means. It is the final outcome of your incident.

If you mean DEPOSITION, that's where the lawyers question the people involved in the lawsuit and write down their answers, which are then used in the trial for questions etc.
