I think it's pretty. It looks kind of like a mermaid or a goddess. If you like it, get it. Who cares if someone else has something like it? I personally haven't seen a celebrity in that particular style. But even if someone did wear it, there's no reason you couldn't. Besides, it might be fun to be a celebrity for a day.

Sorry, can’t help you for the dresses but for jewelry. I got my prom jewelry from GlamForLess.com. Though the site doesn’t look that great, they do offer great deals and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the jewelry set I ordered. The quality of the jewelry really exceeded my expectations.
