I agree maybe you shouldn't have a pet however, that doesn't mean you can't take time to enjoy feeding & providing a bird bath for the outside birds.

If you are interested in the least care then you should not be getting any kind of pet. Even fish are a lot of care too. Keeping tank clean, feeding daily, keeping temp correct. The pet that takes the least care is no pet at all.

My neighbor has a snake and he only has to feed it once a month other than that it keeps itself company. Try it, I think snakes are really cute.
