Your details and shading are looking pretty good, you would improve a natural talent with further training. The one big thing that jumped out at me were the blank spots that looked like the brush began to run dry and was just skimming the top of the canvas and not fully covering it. This could have been your aim, I don't know, but it leaves the image feeling rough and unfinished. Great job, and keep practising!

the main thing are the proportions. Human faces are not completely symmetrical, but this is way off the normal range of variation. The irises don't have identical size and shape. The shading of the face is such that the lighter side appears to be very flat, the shaded side recessing a lot.
I do like how you treated the details (e.g. highlights on the eye, eye brows), but you haven't yet managed to put everything together to a convincing whole. I guess your problem is that your brain interferes too much with your vision.

A good exercise for that is take a photo of something you like to draw like a face. Make a drawing of the photo right side up then turn the photo upside down and draw it again. Then turn this drawing right side up and compare it with your first drawing. The second image is likely to be clearly better as we are not used to look at things which are upside down. So you don't have as much expectations how things should look which means that you will find it easier to draw them as they are.
Also just draw simple things e.g. oranges or eggs to practice shading.
It looks to me like with some more practice you could be really good at drawing, but you still lack experience.

To be honest, I don't find it good. It also depends on your intentions, if you wanted to do something that was somewhat realistic, you need more practicing. I would suggest to practice drawing first, your sense of value is good but your proportion is a bit off. Do not be dicourage, if you really enjoy this then you will definetly acquire the skill if you apply yourself. If this is your first or among your first paintings, than it is not bad, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.

It needs some more shading to give it a more rounded appearance. It's well done though.
The eyelashes need to be thinner and less even, hair grows at different lengths.
The shading will straighten the nose for you also.

It's arresting. If we were voting I'd say you're done.

If you feel the need to work on it more look at the area where the shoulder and face meet. It's a bit ambiguous.

I'm in high school, and there is no way in hell I could have done that. Could you do my midterm for me? :)
