Lose weight and your blood pressure might go down. There seems to be a correlation with being overweight and having PCOS so it may even help that a little.

First off, it's easy to tell someone to lose weight but losing weight and having PCOS isn't an easy battle. To be diagnosed with PCOS you need to have certain "flags" in bloodwork or have it confirmed by an ultrasound.

PCOS has so many different signs and symptoms so your best bet is to see a doctor (possibly a reproductive endocrinologist) to see if your diagnosis is correct and they can steer you in the correct directions.

Best wishes to you!

Just a suggestion....I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago, but found out recently that it was a misdiagnosis. If you are having regular periods without meds and are, other than bp, fine, I would find a specialist and recheck.
