Go to the ballpark about 2 hours before games and get the guys during batting practice. You can go down in the front row then and nobody is around. Hang by the dugout and ask them going in and out of the dugout, or down the right or left field lines? I live in Az so spring training is cool for that too. Same drill

Well first, I would say is check out your team's website, to see about how to get atographes from players. And I see that curtis e also has a good answer for you as well, but do you want to hang around the stadium 2 hours early, but maybe also the players might be too busy, or don't like singing autogaphes. Or see if if there is a way, that you can contact your favorite player by regular mail, and maybe they will send you a letter, with a picure of them, autographed, but don't always count on that happening. Check to see if that has been asnwered in your team's Frequently Asked Questions, good luck.

I have only been to one spring training game, but I got a bunch of awesome autographs! I got Joe Crede, Harold Baines, and Shingo Takatsu. Spring training games are the best place, but obviously, it is not always possible to go to them. I would suggest going during batting practice, near the dugout before the game, or even after the game when they are leaving the stadium. Good Luck!!

I got a lot of autographs around 20 years ago by writing to the players at their home ballpark once the season started. Write a nice note, politely asking for an autograph and include a self-addressed stamped envelope. I had great success although, now, players might not oblige due to contractual obligations. At any rate, good luck! ( I was successful in getting autographs from Willie Mays, Pete Rose, John Bench, Hank Aaron, Harmon Killebrew, Sandy Koufax, Yogi Berra, Phil Rizzuto, Clete Boyer, Bob Gibson, and others.)

Normally spring training is the best. Or go where the players enter or leave the stadium. I've had pretty good luck with that. Or most teams have a charity during the season. Where you can go and meet the players.

Spring Training is the absolute best place to get them in person. Lots of players that won't sign during the season will sign during spring training.

Another way is by mail.

here is a good website especially concerning address' of former players.
