Vodka works best. Just kidding! I find that talking to others, brisk walks or other exercise is always good. Do something to get your mind off your problem like going out with friends, calling someone, reading, hobbies like drawing or painting...something creative...
Or you could get on Yahoo Answers and ask us what to do! We'll help you. I will anyway.

assuming you'r a student, try doing your homework the night its assigned, right after you've gotten home from school. try not to procrastinate, but after each assignment, take a short break. you could go for a walk, read an article in a magazine, have a small snack [try a handful of peanuts, they'll keep you focused] and try doing this every day. try to get most of your homework done before dinner, and if you have any left try to finish it before 9:00. do your best work and complete everything. call a friend and ask if you have a question, or ask to go early to school the next day if you don't understand a question on the homework. try not to get sidetracked or distracted. you should try to get about eight hours of sleep a night, so try going to bed around 10:00 or 10:30, depending on when you wake up in the morning.
hope i helpedd

- deep breathing ( breath slowly in for a count of 5, hold for a count of 5, let out slowly for a count of 5). You can do this at any time during your day and deep breathing relaxes the mind
- set aside time during the day to relax. Read, watch TV, or even exercise. Exercise is a very good stress reliever and stretching after wards relaxes your muscles and makes your body overall looser.

1) Improve antioxidant intakes; eat more fruits and vegetables. Cut down on caffeine, drink more water, and cut down on sweets.
2) Sleep more.
3) If you have a lot to do, look at the problem at hand and handle it one at a time; give yourself a break if you really need one.
4) Exercise - it'll improve energy levels. It produces endorphins, which makes you happy.
I hope this helped.
