question 1.
i am 13 but i have an almost rock hard 8pak and very tioght muscles all over my body cuz i like staying in shape, but ive been hearing that being overdeveloped can stunt my growth. is this true?

question 2. i forgot my password fro my laptop and have no other accounts on it. it is a windows xp, but i dont know what to do without wiping the hard drive. wut do i do?

Question 1: A lot of it has to do with genetics. Are you parents/ grand parents tall? One think you may consider is not to lift weight until you are 16. Weightlifting before this age will affect your growth. But just play sports, especially swim and run. Having an advanced cardio system will help you gain fast and quality muscle when you start to lift weight after you are 16. Congratulations on your muscles.

1.) yea i was working out wen i was 13 and had abs, but it did not stunt my growth. people say that lifting weight will stunt growth but i dont believe them. No it is not true

2.) on the welcome screen, press the windows key and l to enter the basic login screen. tyoe in administrator and try to log in, if that works you can reset your password for your account. if that does not work, there are tools you can use to retrieve the password. if u need help just IM me. the link is in my pro.

Question 1: You have much time to continue staying in shape but I would suggest you don't do it too much because you are in the age of puberty. And this could affect your sperm production.
