I was just wondering because goofy is not that intelligent and pluto seems like he knows where its at...

Pluto is intelligent enough to know that dogs can't drive.

i know. goofy is a dog, and so is pluto, but goofy is all big and able to talk and walk on 2 feet. ooo he's cool. then pluto has to stay chained up and drink out of a freakin bowel and sleep outside! Racism!

Why not ask Goofy or Goofies? The Goofies just answered
my question about the phoney moon landing and the answers

Because he is a mutant. Pluto is just a regular dog, and everyone knows regular dogs can't drive. But mutants are capable of amazing things.

Goofy is obviously the failed genetic manipulation to create a part human, part dog creature. A dog and Gilligan (of Gilligan's Island) were used in his genetic creation.
