they could desire to draft a quarterback. possibly make a commerce to flow up interior the draft. besides the shown fact that, i could in no way do away with Hester he's the sole incredible spot on the team. what share situations has a particular communities participant been so needed on the team that they set up blockers deep for a punt return like they did this previous week. That play grew to become into rediculous haha. possibly getting McNabb could be a sturdy flow additionally, to be a mentor for the 1st a million/2 of the season. by means of week 8, McNabb would be harm back, and the recent QB will optimistically be waiting to take over. McNabb's days as a sturdy starter interior the NFL are over.

They need help now and not draft a QB who will be a project. The club may make a play for Derek Anderson, who is seemingly as good as gone in Cleveland or Donovan McNabb, who will be dealt by the Eagles. It may come down with how much the Bears are willing to give up for the latter...since the Eagles can sit back and have a bidding war for McNabb.

I cant see the bears drafting a qb in the first round just because they are the bears...dont be surprised if they draft a linebacker or a defensive tackle.
i could see them signing a free agent veteran qb
like mcnabb or someone like that

The Bears have only had 3 good quarterbacks in their history, so the odds are pretty high they won't draft one. If they get a free agent quarterback it'll be someone who is so so. I live in Chicago. They are defense oriented, not offense in any way.

They could draft Matt Ryan, Brian Brohm or Andre Woodsen depending on where they are in the draft. They should actually though try to pick up Dereck Andersen or McNabb. Then spend their first round pick on Early Doucet. Who is in my opinion the best receiver in the draft. Or they could use their first round pick on Doucet, get Colt Brennen in the 2nd round. They could have Griese start for a couple games then give Colt the reins. I wouldnt put it past Chicago to actually accomplish something with Colt passing to Bernard Berrian and Early Doucet next year. With the young and really good Greg Olsen at TE. Plus a above average Offensive line coupled with Cedric Benson in the backfield. Give them two years and that would be a very good Chicago offense.

With a couple of good quaterbacks in this draft they better because the free agent crop isn't going to be very good and Grossman and co. aren't top tier in fact Grossman would probably be in 50% of the other nfl teams practice squad, and Colt Brennan will probably the best one they can get in this draft

They could wait till the second or third round and draft Colt Brennan. He is like my favorite and deffinetly ready for the NFL. If he got drafted i would instantly like the team he is on.

it doesn't matter who they get as a qb, he'll stink badly. becoming a Bears QB is career suicide. history indicates that.
