Anyone else get annoyed by people who critic and complain about volunteers?

I sometimes do.....I volunteered again this year .....seems like every year we get a few people who thinks by volunteering they are doing someone a favor....example...this lady and her 2 kids....the 2 kids...I would say about 10 and 12 were getting big toys and starting to wrap them.....for the family they were giving....the mom comes up to them and says ...oh no that's to big... get something smaller...these kids should be lucky they get anything.....every year we get people with that attitude.....
