There's a huge volume of US Govt medical information available on Marijuana.

The Dept of Healths long term medical marijuana test program has been running for over 30 years, and the results have been published in a number of major medical publications over the years. These test program results are all available from their publishers.

I think you are referring to the Freedom of Information Act.

If you are interested in government testing and use of LSD check out a book called "Acid Dreams" by Sclain & Lee.

It is a great source of information, painstakingly researched and reveals in a well referenced and noted format information about the US Governments secret experiments with LSD and other drugs. It ranges from the terrifying to the absurd. I can't reccomend it highly enough.
