I ate a ham sandwich on wheat bread about 24 hours ago, I went to make myself a ham sandwich tonight and when I bit on the top of the sandwich while I was chewing I noticed the bottom of the wheat bread had green mold on it. I'm totally freakin out right now cause I don't know whats gonna happen to me and I'm not sure if I should go to the hospital or if I will be ok or not.
Can anyone help me.
p.s. tonight when I noticed the mold I spit out and gagged up all the stuff I was eating but I can't remember if I swallowed any of it.

You should be fine, many of us have accidentally eaten moldy bread and have come away unscathed

Don't worry about it a little moldy bread won't hurt you. If you feel sick or start to puke a lot then go to the hospital but I have done it before and not gotten sick. It shouldn't be a real problem at all. After all some antibiotics come from bread mold. You should be fine

Mold will not hurt you. It's actually derived for penicillin. Don't worry about it. You are fine. Everyone has consumed mold before.

I seriously doubt you have to go to the hospital. Take a deep breath. Relax. Where do you think penicillin comes from, hmm???

ull be fine worst u get food posining wont be bad thoguh mite feal ill be sick once less it was weeks out of date molds are usely ok less they have time to grow in easy words lol dotn worry about it
