why not invite all of your friends to go out bowling with you? My middle daughter who turned 16 this month did this and had a lot of fun.

Can you arrange with some of your friends to all go to a movie together? (Dutch Treat) Or plan to meet your friends at a local park for an outdoor game of your choice...soccer, flag football, basket ball, bocce, badminton, volleyball...for a couple hours? (Not to be confused with a party...just an organized game between friends.)
Plan a movie night at home with your family with a movie of your choice. Have popcorn and snacks for all to share. If you don't want to do a movie, how about a board game, cards or dominoes?
Arrange your favorite dinner and dessert...use good china and be real fancy about the whole occasion.
Can you have one friend over for a sleep over?
Can you meet friends at an ice skating or roller skating rink?
I'm Hope these ideas help out or, at a minimum, give you some ideas that will work for you..

Sometimes it's tough when parents won't let you have a party but try to enjoy your birthday with your family.(I am assuming of course that they will have a little birthday celebration for you with cake and a few presents). Then later why don't you start planning for one of the special birthdays like your 16th, or 18th. make notes on what you would like to do and if you get an allowance or do small jobs around the house or neighborhood set aside part of that money for that special birthday celebration.. your parents may be so impressed that they will let you have a party that you offer to help pay for.

My birthday is this time of year too, so I could never have a party, because everyone was away on holidays. My family and I would go off to one of the tourist attractions. The zoo, Soverign Hill (a goldrush theme park) etc. Is there anything that you could day trip to?

Ask your friends and family to give you pet supplies, which you will then donate to the local animal shelter. Or canned goods for a food bank, you get the idea. That way, you celebrate your birthday by doing some good which would not have happened if you'd never been born!
