I tend to find myself worrying a lot over small and sometimes big things. I find myself worrying about some of the things I have said and most of the time what I say is not rude or mean. I just worry about the reaction of the person, etc.

What are some good books that helps people cope with these types of things? And any suggestions on how to deal with this would be appreciated.

This is how I stop worrying.
1. Is worrying doing me any good? (stress, loss of sleep, etc.)
2. How is worrying going to help me solve my problem?
3. Is worrying going to get me anywhere in life and help me out in my life and future?
Hope I helped =)

You might try googling anxiety and getting some initial information there.

well, yur probably insecure.. and take wat others think abt yu too seriously... hu carez abt them and they're reactions... and yur probably also worrying abt issues that arnt a big deal. wat yu think someone is thinking of you.. may in fact not even BE wat you're thinking.. (if that made sense).

Main point here is.. you need to stop worrying over these issues because they're affecting noone but you
