Well i was just wondering how wud i build up my stamina?

Drink a protein shake every day or take a Multy Vitamin if your in a Hurry make shore to eat a salad every day eat pasta for High carbs work out in the Morning and a Night try sleeping lees sometimes you will build a tolerance and stamina up this way two Doc Unoptrid

exercise, rest, enough sleep.

but also eating A LOT of sea food helps ;p
