When will my refund come?

Today i went on this site that sells game currency. I decided to buy some and after i bought some currency, the ppl at the site said that they are out of stock and would have to wait 6-7 hours. I decided to get a refund and they refunded me. The card that i used was a prepaid mastercard gift card. I check the balance and i havent got my funds back. When will i get my $24 back?

its a site that uses paypal.

Sorry to tell you this, but you will get it when and if they decide to refund it. This is a poor way for any company to do business. Check it out next time before you spend your money.
