If you are saying that there is a certain amount of resentment towards people and governments that express contempt towards America, American traditional values, and countries like France that denigrate us because of their own arrogant ideology that they are always right and we are always wrong, that all blame for everything that goes wrong in the world is America's fault? So they rename "French" fries to American fries?
