I need to know: what type of crime would this be callled when someone intentionally and willfully [ having premeditated it] tries to drive you insane [ like gaslighting] for his own purpose??

It is a form of stalking and in various states the punishment varies a great deal. In some states it carries a heavy punishment; while some states give light sentences if convicted. Call your local mental health department or police to discuss it. Run little girl run!

All the other are wrong it is called in many states domestic abuse in the form of mental abuse. The same as verbal, physical or sexual.
