It's an interesting concept however if you are able to marry from beyond the grave then you are still married to your widow...Oh, wait. That little 'Til death do us part' caveat. Hmmm.
This should be interesting. Talk about sibling rivalry. Of course, there's always the possibility your widow will feel a new day has dawned for her as well.
But to satisfy the laws of Y, my answer at this time would be no.
