Try www.bodog.net or www.absolutepoker.net. They are poker websites where you get play money and can play against live players. When you want to play for real money, try bodog.com and absolutepoker.com. Here is a site with basic poker rules and technique.

The funnest way to learn would be to go to Las Vegas and you can get free lessons.
