I was told I need it to get my web site as an output when searching the web. At first I thought the URL was the same as my web site address (www.---.com), but it seems Im lacking something about the server, host, or something. Thanks

It should be published to your web host's server and can be accessed by you simply typing in the URL to your site if they have or you have it published to Yahoo, If you are using site builder you need to use the publish option in there menubar.

dont' understand what you mean by "output when searching the web."
the url is your site address. it's the www.---.com. it's your domain name.
If you have a Yahoo Small Business account, log in and see what your account info is.
