It's "expunged." And it depends on the circumstances, including the state you're in, the severity of the offense, how long ago it happened, whether or not you're still being punished for it (i.e, still on probation, or still owe fines or restitution).

Yes, anything can.. It depends on how long ago. The extent of it. Any other crimes commited etc..
