It will run, but not on high settings.

This website http://www.canyourunit.com/ will give you an idea of what your system is capable of doing with a lot of different games. It gives you an idea if you meet the minimum specs as well as the recommended specs for different games.

These are the REQUIREMENTS for Crysis:

CPU:
Minimum: Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz (3.2 GHz for Vista) or faster, Intel Core 2.0 GHz (2.2 GHz for Vista) or faster, AMD Athlon 2800+ (3200+ for Vista) or faster.

System RAM
Minimum: 1 GB (Windows Vista requires 1.5GB RAM)

Video Card
Minimum: Supported chipsets: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT or greater; ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (Radeon X800 Pro for Vista) or greater. Laptop versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported. Integrated chipsets are not supported. Updates to your video and sound card drivers may be required.

And here are the RECOMMENDED specs:

CPU
Recommended: Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz/Athlon X2 4400+ or better

System RAM
Recommended: 2 GB

Video Card
Recommended: Supported chipsets: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS with 640MB RAM or similar.

It will run on your PC, but only at low/medium settings at lower resolutions (1024 x 768 or1280 x 1024 or 1440 x 900). I have an Opterion 165 (dual core) overclocked, 2 GB of RAM and a overclocked 7800GT and the game runs fine on mostly medium settings at 1280 x 1024. I don't get all the eye candy, but it's still enjoyable.

Processor is not the big issue, it is the video card. That is a very very good video card for a laptop, but still not quite up to playing Crysis on high settings. Put it on low settings and you should be okay, maybe medium, but nothing higher than that.
