The series Happiness is like that- but there could be others. Can you give some more information? Like is the girl herself a witch? What time period does this take place in (current, past, future?) Describe the magic the best you can (use words, tools to aid them, etc). What do these characters look like (the most unique characteristics that may help them stand out)? Are there any other important characters?
Anything at all may help (if the show isn't Happiness, which fits your description).
