I ate some bread that had a little green mold on it and I didn't even know and I'm not sure if it will do any kind of harm to my body or if it will make me sick, should I be worried!!
I was fixing myself a ham sandwich yesterday and never noticed anything but I went to eat a ham sandwich today and I put the plate down and there was the mold on the bottom of the bread, I don't know if any of the mold was on the top of the bread or not, I ran into the kitchen and spit out everything I had been chewing, but the reason I'm scared/worried is I don't know if the mold was in the bread I ate yesterday, it didn't really taste funny that I can remember

A "little green mold" won't hurt you. Bread mold is one of the least harmful molds. Get enough of it on bread and the bad taste will stop you from eating too much.

I have read accounts of people in WWII eating moldy bread because, there was nothing more to eat. I think that you might get ill but, I don't know if it will kill you. If you feel ill at all then you should go to a doctor right away and let them know otherwise...you will probably be fine.

Your probably not gonna get sick, just some cramps i guess. If it bothers you a lot, you should go see a doctor.
