Emily and Emma is a big no,no because there two close in a relationship as for savanna and alexis I don't really like alexis for a name how about lexington thats a really pretty name and I like Lexia and Emily and Emily and Jenna I think that you should definitely name one of your girls Emily i think that your best option for a girl set of twins would be Emily and Savanna there such cute names then as for the twin names for the boys Austin and Aaron thats adorable and really cute so thats a good thing. Austin and Aaron are not bad, they start with the same letter, but different type of people comes to mind, and they do not sound a like

I really like Emily and Jenna. Jenna is on my 'like it a lot' list right now and Emily has always been one of my favorites. I would certainly not go with Emily and Emma, as they are almost the same name. I am not keen on Alexis or Lexia either...so that is how I came to my conclusion :) And I like Austin and Aaron for boys. I also like Austin and Alexander.

I don't like Emily and Emma, because people might call both of them Em and that's confusing. Lexia and Emily are cute together. Some more ideas are:

Emily and Jenna are my favorite for girls. I don't particularly care for the name Aaron but I really like the name Austin. What about Austin and Cooper, or Austin and Bryce? I really like the combo Emily and Austin. I am expecting twins in March and the names that we have picked out for girls are Sarah, Kaylin, and Hope. For boys Bryce, Owen, and Ryan. My daughters name is Lucy, my husband picked her name and he is in love with it.
