I did in my home town back in the states. I can where I live right now in Tokyo too...... only it's a temple gong I'm hearing. LOL!

Disregarding any religious opinions, I would rather be a wind chime. When I think of a church bell I think of rigid time. The bell seems to impose some law that at some time someone must do some specific thing; the bell seems to have its own agenda which doesn't bend to the conditions of the people it is designed to serve. In contrast, the wind chime responds to the forces for which it chimes, but when it chimes, the forces which be are not expected to drop all those forces which they are and pay heed to the chime. The force and the chime are interactively aware of each other, and neither restricts the other.

I can hear the church bells from my home and one of the local high schools clocks too thankfully its not a temple gong lol!

Sadly, I cannot hear any Bells or Chimes. There are some Church Bells about 5 miles south of my home.
