There are tons of roadrunner ips. Sounds like a problem on their end, try calling your local office.

You mean that Time Warner (Roadrunner) Sold you there service and didn't furnish you with a Modem or the setup from a tech for free, Never heard of such a thing.
I have had both Roadrunner, and SBC Yahoo DSL and tech's came to the house and set up everything FREE.
