running around barefoot in my great grandpas garden "helping" him but in reality eating all the vegetables

Ever since I was a little girl I've always loved horses....we moved to the country when I was 12 and my uncle needed a place to keep 2 ponies for his kids. Well we had the pasture so he brought them to our place...he knew I loved horses so he ask if I'd take special care of them. Well after a few months his kids lost interest in them so he was taking the ponies to the horse sale. I was there when they were loading them in the trailer then he looked at me and ask "would like to have one of these ponies? You took such good care of them I'd like to give you which ever one you want. Oh, I was so excited! I kept the paint pony and loved her for many years. That was far most my favorite childhood memory.
