Can you remove it from the cage and set it out in the bright sunlight for a few hours? Often that is a solution for vile refrigerator odor, when the fridge is being moved from house to house. Sunlight is a natural cleanser.

i wouldn't reuse it
if your repti bark gets smelly a lot i would consider changing substrates
sometimes your animal will digest reptibark on accident and it can damage their digestive organs
my lizard was eating some on accident when going after prey and what not so i changed to this dirt type substrate and i have never had a problem with smell or anything
plus it is much safer

Unlike most people said you can wash it if you like. It even gives you directions on how to do this on the package I bought. Wash it with warm water and a mild soap diluted with warm water then let it completely dry out. I wouldnt personally do this even though the package say's you can. I would take the easy route and take the old stuff out and clean the cage and replace with new bark or even switch to something else.

A trash can and new repti bark. Old stuff should be periodically thrown out and replaced with fresh. Don't continue to reuse and reuse. If it's smelling, there's bacteria. This can lead to disease.

You cannot clean it, you have to throw it away and buy new. Any sort of cleaner used will likely kill or make very sick whatever you are using the reptibark for.
