I'm not on the pill and do not need birth control, but for personal reasons I'd like to change when I get my period by a week or a couple of weeks.
I don't want to be on birth control pills for too long - so can I take them for just a short time to change when my period starts?
Also - any suggestions for the best pill to prevent Breakthru bleeding?

This is a very interesting question. I haven't heard this one before. Remind me to give you a star!

I really think you should talk with your gyno. For some reason, that cracks me up!! To change the timing of your periods!! Good luck!! I'd love to know if you can!!

Oh, yes! That star! :)
