Not without truly stupendous mods. The PS3 has a unique CPU architecture (the Emotion Engine or something like that, if I remember correctly) that can't be emulated quickly enough. Basically, you'd have to mod your Xbox 360 by buying a PS3 and using it's parts, then adding some sort of interface logic, so the result would cost you more than a PS3.
