KOBE SUCKS!

I say Kobe now and here is why:
If your team is down by 2 with 5 seconds lefts, who do you want shooting? The answer is Kobe, he is much more clutch and a much better shooter.
Kobe already has a couple of championships while LeBron has none. Kobe is the only player who has come close to Jordans level of play, even Jordan said that Kobe was currently the best player in the league.

A very open-ended question.

Long-term, say to build a franchise from scratch, I take Lebron as he's 7 years younger so you'll have alot more years out of him plus his potential is as high if not higher than anyone who has ever played. The kid doesn't even have any go-to moves and he's among the league's best. He's also seems like the better teammate to tutor and mentor less talented players.

However, in the short-term, especially this year I have to go with Kobe though. The losing has turned him into a better player and he is starting transcending to another level. He's showing more trust in his teammates, playing terrific D and running the offense more efficiently. While he still freelances a little too much the change is dramatic from years past. The Lakers are a darkhorse in the playoffs and have a legitimate shot at winning the Championship within 2 years as long as Farmar and Bynum keep developing at this rate.

Current: Kobe
Future: Lebron

Kobe, without a doubt, is the game's best player today. His killer mindset, prolific scoring ability, and tremendous skillset make him the hardest player to defend (just ask Raja Bell).

Lebron James is the future. He has lived up to most of the hype. The only problem with his game is the experience, and scoring ability. Kobe has Lebron beat on offensive skills and defense. If Lebron can fix those areas (which he will in a few years), he will become the league's best player.

Kobe Bean Bryant is king of the NBA... better defense, better scorer, and championships... and what's LeBron done this year? not win, like Kobe'z lakers.. if L.A. can keep it up i'd say Kobe is MVP.. im sick of the LeBron King stuff, Kobe is the king.. he's got the lake show on the rize and he is just flat out better than L.J.

LEBRON JAMES & KOBE BRYANT SUCKS!

Lebron sucks because he came out & said that Kobe was better then himself! What a loser Lebron is? No wonder he sucked in the finals!

Le Bron. He doesn't need a superstar at his side to be good. Look at Kobe, he had all his success with Shaq. What has he done other than score. LeBron has brought the Cavs from rags to riches.

Well, Lebron is better in nearly every statistical category, and he can lead his crappy team to a playoff series win, and he's not a whiny crybaby, so you would have to be pretty stupid to pick Kobe.
