Here are some extra details, I was fixing myself a ham sandwich yesterday and never noticed anything but I went to eat a ham sandwich today and I put the plate down and there was the mold on the bottom of the bread, I don't know if any of the mold was on the top of the bread or not, I ran into the kitchen and spit out everything I had been chewing, but the reason I'm scared/worried is I don't know if the mold was in the bread I ate yesterday, it didn't really taste funny that I can remember

Just wondering, but why did you take the chance. I might be a little worried, but it depends on how much you ate. If it was just a little, then you might get a stomach ache. Maybe call the doctor or search what the symptoms may be.

Generally it is not a good idea to eat bread that has mold on it. There are some foods, such as cheese, where you can safely just cut off the moldy part and eat the rest, but you shouldn't do this with bread. By the time you are able to see mold on the bread, the rest of it has mold on it too that hasn't yet appeared.

Eating mold can make you sick, especially if you have a weakened immune system, but it probably won't. Still, why risk it.

Ah, just add a little cheese with green mold.
No it won't do you any harm. Moldy bread has been used in the past as a wound dressing to stop wounds from going spetic.

How much mold? Less than a dime? If you are in good health otherwise and your immune system isn't compromised, it probably won't hurt you. Unless you are eating bread straight from the oven, there are always spots of mold too small to see.

Most likely "No." In most cases a "little green mold" won't hurt. It's one of the least harmful molds. Enough mold will make the bread taste bad which would cause you to stop eating it.

Don't worry > that will do more harm .

Bread molds are "benign" meaning that they are generally not harmful.
Molds are a complex group of fungi, but all fungi should be regarded with caution.
You won't do it again will ya? (Mawmaw)

It probably will not make you ill however next time look and smell the loaf! Even if you cannot see the mold you should be able to smell it!

Happy New Year!

The worse that could happen is that you have sickness and diarrhea, but I doubt that anything will happen. I ate moldy bread by accident one day.. I was fine lol
