Paul and Kucinich have no chance and are not running for vice president. All the others are saying what they think voters want to hear, or more importantly not saying things they don't. American voters do not like to be told unpleasant truths and candidates try to give them what they want.

Ron Paul because he says he wants smaller government and less taxes. We can believe it because he always votes no on increased government spending and has always voted to reduce taxes. The other candidates can't claim that.
