For a movie if you are two inches shorter than a character that is supposed to be really tall muscular and strong will that be bad? The movie is based off a book also.

It depends on if they specifically want people that height because it will be painfully obvious that you are too short if everyone else is the right height. If however they cast a male lead that is short they may need to adjust the height of the female lead... If you're comfortable in stillettos you can always try that. Did your agent set this up? if so, then more than likely they are ok with seeing you even with the height issue at least for now. If not, be careful.

What i would do is go to the audition. See what everyone's height is around. You can always try heels if that's ok for your character. And if the other person that has an equal part (lead, featuring-the same type as your character) is a bit short for their character, they may always want a shorter person for your character so it doesn't look weird.
