I think the answer is different for every woman. In fact, I know it is.
I think there is too much pressure on guys to come up with how they are gonna do the proposal. They may hear about someone else's & feel they have to top that or make it more fancy.
I think it is important to consider your personalities (yours & hers). If you guys like the finer things in life & go out to only really nice restaurants, etc. then yes, you should probably make it very fancy. But if you two are jokesters, then there's nothing wrong with keeping it lighthearted. Go to carnivals alot, ask her there. Spend a lot of time enjoying movies, put on a romantic movie & work it into the theme somehow. There's no right or wrong way.

i want it to be sudden and spontaneous... i don't want him to organise it and think tomorrow i will propose her in that place. When he feels i'm such an indispensable part of his life and happiness, i want him to propose me... even if he doesn't have a ring or sth all i need is his heart , his eyes full of passion and his voice that will embrace me...
exactly how imagine it is this
after a passionate night
we wills sleep together
he will bring me breakfast to bed
he will hug me and said to me that he want to take care of me and protect me for all his life because this will make him happy
yes i know i'm dreaming too much...lol

b) in a private setting...its more romantic that way.
( also, there isnt a bunch of people starring @ you, its too much pressure)
d) i think any way that he feels comfortable doing it. whenever it is, i just want it to be a suprise.

d - in any way he feels most comfortable. i want to see his emotions and honesty in his eyes more than a flamboyant proposal. but all woman and men are different.
