Lemsip Max capsules
Vicks Vaporub front and back at night
Vicks inhaler during the day.
Aches in all my joints and headaches.
I may have 'flu instead of a stinking cold...

Keep warm and drink plenty of fluids. Use tissues that have a balm on them to stop the skin around your nostrils drying out too much.

It seems like people always get sick when a special time comes around. Just rest, and drink fluids (AirBorne works really well at making your cold shorter, plus it gives your body extra vitamins.)

i ahvent personally but alot of my friends and family have had stinking colds.
the best way to get rid of a cold for me is to sweat it out... no matter how hot u r, stay under ur duvet, its hard to do, but worth it becasue ur cold will go much faster....
my advise to u is buy some olbas oil... boil some water in ur kettle, and pour into a large jug..add about 7-10 drops of olbas oil to it, and place it on your bedside table... it'll evaporate into the air and help unblock your head as u breathe when you sleep... works for me...

I have been fighting one all week:-(
I have been drinking a ton of orange juice (the liquid plus Vitamin C both help), and trying to get extra rest.
I hope you feel better soon!
PS--NICE ID Name.

the best thing is to take two paracetamol and a cup of hot coffee then go to bed and hide under the quilt for a few hours.

Rest in bed, drink plenty of liquids, treat the symptoms.
I've had some luck with the 'Breathe Right" strips. They are what football players wear on their noses. Wearing one seems to help me sleep at night.
Cough on your sleeve, wash you hands and please don't breathe on me!

My Christmas present this year was a cold. It sucks, doesn't it? Hopefully you'll feel better by New Year's.
