your 1 and 2 answers above are correct. just as a bit more info. you may notice that most quart size oil cans etc. will say 0.946 liter on them as well. per the metric system 1000 cc is a liter. so there are 946 cc in a quart. So - since there are 32 ounces (fluid) in a quart you should be able to do the math(?). 946/32 = 29.56 cc/oz. 1/29.56 = .03383 oz/cc.
.03383 x 345 = 11.67

air or lead? Oz is mass, cc is volume nothing like the same. however, in US, 16 Oz water = 1 pt 1 Oz ~=28 gm == 28cc water, get it?

1 cc = 0.0338140226 US fluid ounces
345 = 11.66
