I don't know pounds but it should be less than $100 in U.S currency.

In the USA it would cost very close to $80.00 for an alignment and $10.00 for each tire to be balanced. Today's exchange rate is: 1 Pound equal $1.9965 dollars. Your total cost would be in an American shop would be 60.105184 Pounds.

I have no idea what British alignment and balance shops or "tyre" - ( Trying to be polite here) shops charge for these services.

1/2 to 1 hrs labour, at whatever they charge, ring around for quotes-tell them what it is. WARNING: some may try to con you into other work-ball joints/tie rods/idler arms etc. if they will do the job anyway, then they didn't need doing, or they're thieves, because if such need work, the alignment can't be done. Get second opinions if they think it needs more work, though they may be right. Left outer parts wear fastest, btw.
