I've earned my gray hair and refuse to hide it : )

My hair is brown with a little gray, so I usually cover up the gray especially in the winter. The sun in the summer keeps it highlighted enough, so the gray isn't noticeable.I like the new trend. When my hair goes completely gray, I will save money and not color!!

I've been coloring my hair for thirty years and I'm not stopping now. When I start looking more my age I will let the gray take over. I don't care about trends. Women should do what ever is more flattering.

Then I'm out of fashion by being natural! I amaze a lot of people because I don't dye my hair and it's still a nice reddish brown. I see a little silver at the temples lately, but I don't think I'll go gray until I'm 75-80, from observing my family.

I must be out of the new trend - I've coloured my hair since I first started to go grey in my 30's and have no intention of stopping now. I think that grey suits very few people, it gives a harsh look and drains the colour of the face. No doubt lots of people will disagree with me, but that is how I see it. My hair is and always will be a nice, youthful looking honey colour, much more flattering I think.

During the summer I used to get natural reddish highlights in my hair from the sun, and I used to also dye it Auburn over the years. Now I can't be bothered, and it is it's natural color. Medium Brown, with a lite grey here and there. I will probably just let it do what it wants to do and leave it at that.

I like the new trend. Was a flaming red head - now silver/white. Trying to come up with a new do! CJ

My hair is what it is, which is blonde with a lot of white in it. Looks frosted. I used to color my hair once when I was younger, because I wanted a lighter color, but as I have gotten older, I just quit doing it.

I think natural is great, but I know lots of women my age who don't agree and dye theirs to cover up the gray. Not that it really makes them look any younger, but at least they don't feel as old when they look in the mirror.

Don't think leaving it to silvering is a new trend. I'm letting mine go to silvering, BUT! If it weren't coming in evenly -- if I had streaks or clops or patches that looked odd, I wouldn't be that defiant about remaining natural.

I had a sort of dishwater medium blond hair which has a lot of life, but I never liked the color; so I lightened it. I am gradually letting it go grey now by lightening even more and slowly letting the golden blond become silver blond and then silver.

Mine has been natural color to silver for several years. Only a couple of perms each year which tends to lighten it even more. It would be nice if we had more hair styles in the avatar section for silver hair. It seems limited.
