ive been with my band for long time but some members want to try something new?

I need to know how to do a grudge scream, some examples are: linkin park, flyleaf any tips ??

Have one of the band members repeatedly step on your little toe until you want to slug him. Start the music.

It not a normal thing for us to do ....you either can or cant if you push yourself to hard you'll ruin your voice and that will be the end of your singing days.
