your stress level is probably way to high,
try to see what triggers it or what is going on in your life that triggers the anger (not just the cell phones) remember that you don't have control over them and you can't change them.
you might want to try yoga, or something like that...
try to write out your feelings and thoughts

I used to be the same exact way as you,
but with time i started to realize that people were avoiding me just for that because when i got mad i used to offend people,
not on purpose but i did :-(
So after i realized that i was pushing people away i started to become a more calm person and when something bothered me i would take a deep breath and i choose not to say anything about it because it's best to stay quite than say bad things that will hurt people.

I so hear you I get SO angry at the stupidest stuff! Especially when I'm driving, I call people really nasty names = (
I write in a diary, talk to my therapist, and spend time with people who make me feel good! Oh and I also do yoga, it totally calms me!

Seek anger management. Maybe you're angry inside. Your missing a certain void that needs to be filled. Are you having family trouble? Is something bothering you? Are you sad?
