Anything that is comfortable with lots of support. Arches need that firmness these days or they hurt horribly at the end of the day.

I love my heels, sparkly, shiny, bright colors, suedes, smooth leathers, sequins, peep toes and pumps, all of them!

When I am just kicking around outdoors, I live in my New Balance, and in the summer I wear sandals all the time, sequined thongs and Tevas for walking.

And boots! in the winter, high heeled, western, suede, fringed, all kinds of boots!

I haven't got a favorite, I love them all for the different ways I am from day to day. I just love shoes, or would that be obvious? You know the saying, a woman can't be too rich or have too many shoes.

First of all barefoot. Then it would be flip flops then sandals, then a open toed shoe with a small heel. I do not even try the high heels anymore. Clog slip on type shoes also work. Uggs in winter.

I like the high heeled glamorous sandals. Of course I don't wear them. I just want to. After being on my feet at work for the last forty nine years they hurt. I wear the most comfortable, sensible shoes I can buy.

the rainbow style no one seems to approve of!
I also like to walk in High Heels easier to walk in than flat shoes. High heels however are not made for running!

Athletic walking shoes. I spent far too many years in formal dress shoes as a teacher. Now I'm like Cary Grant in "Father Goose."

In the summer I love to wear sandals and flip flops. The rest of the time I usually wear flats like mule slides or canvas tennis shoes, since I have weak ankles.---Luvs

Very supportive loafers. Almost never anything else. It is very difficult for me to find shoes my size and most shoes hurt. I don't take chances on my feet and back.
