yes, since boys tend to be more rough than girls, and well, do rougher things with them. Like skaters tend to have caluses and stuff like that cause of working on their boards all the time.

it not really a matter of just having softer skin, girls take care of their skin while most guys just pretty much just dont care abou thing like that.

on the face, yes because men shave their faces and its kind of prickly but girls have very soft skin on their face.
