Yes, I have.
You reminded me of the famous line from the Dustin Hoffman, Jon Voight movie "Midnight Cowboy." There's a scene when they're walking across the street and a cab nearly hits them.
Hoffman bangs on the hood and says, "I'm walking here." He said there were many takes to hit the traffic light just right so they didn't have to pause while walking. That take, the cab came out of nowhere and nearly hit them, Hoffman wanted to say "We're filming a movie here!," but instead it came out in the now famous line.

Next time just open the driver side door and go through the car. That would sure make them think twice.

Ooooh, I hate that. That and when it's freezing outside or pouring down rain and people who are warm and cozy in their cars block your way or won't stop to let you cross while you're freezing your butt off. Selfish, insenstive %^'s.
