I wouldn't say that I want to look young. I'm 28 and I still get carded for cigarettes and alcohol. I do outreach classes with teens and I always get told that I blend in with them...and I dress age-appropriate so I'm assuming its my baby face. Friends from high school that I've seen recently swear up and down the wall that I look the same way I did when I was 17.
When I'm in my 50's, I'm sure I will appreciate looking younger. Right now it would be nice just to look my age...I have had creepy guys talk me up thinking that I was a teenager. That was creepy enough when I actually was a teenager.

This is difficult for me as ageing is so fraught for women as our looks are considered to only really count when we are young (unless we are exceptional like Sophia Loren etc). I noticed that I was really ageing after 35. I don't know if I 'look my age' because I don't do a lot of that comparing thing that so many women do - I am happy with the way I look and I am also v.unhappy about the way I look. By this I mean that basically I am secure and confident, but I am not invulnerable to the external pressures.
I know that if I looked younger I would get more male attention - but I could do that by dressing differently etc, so really I wouldn't want to be with someone who liked the fact that I look younger than I am - if I do.
Anyway.... really I can't say - it is far too complicated a question for this 40+ feminist!

You really think so? I always thought most women preferred older men because they DON'T act like kids. I know I do.
I'm 18.. I don't know how old I appear to others, but I'm fine with looking anywhere from 18-25.

I like how I look right now. I'm 24, could pass for 20 easily until I speak, I "talk older than I look".

I'd pick 35. I'm 42. I don't know about it having to do with men, I just liked that age better and I don't want to be to young again.

I'm 50, look 35, feel 25, and, 'Yes', sometimes I still act like a child.

21. Would like to look my age.
I would sleep with someone that looks like you before nearly any other 19 year old because the kid look is a big turn off.
